Starting in the forward cabin there is sleeping for two in a starboard double berth with storage drawers below. To port is a convertible counter with vanity and storage below. Aft to port is a hanging locker. This cabin has an overhead opening hatch and side windows. Moving aft is the main saloon with a U-shaped dinette to starboard with and opening bulkhead for a pass through to the forward cabin. When closed for privacy it has large mirror. To port is the galley with two burner electric stove, a stainless steel sink and microwave and a below the counter Norcold refrigerator. There is counter space with storage above and below. All surfaces are clean and shiny. Aft and also on the port is a head with electric toilet and shower. The interior space features teak and holly floors, lots of windows and opening hatches, forced air diesel heat, a 120 volt diesel generator and an inverter provide plenty of electrical power. Up two steps through the companionway is the large cockpit and helm with ample seating. A special feature is the aft facing starboard seat, sink, counter, storage space which functions as an outside small galley. The cockpit also features a very new canvas cover that includes weather canvas for the back of the cockpit. There is a dinghy and outboard on the swimstep.

Broker's Comments
This Tiara 31 Open shows excellent care and maintenance throughout all of the years of use. The gelcoat shines, the woodwork is freshly varnished, the canvas appears as new and the interior shows little wear and tear from use. The dinette upholstery is new. The twin engines have always been maintained and there are many spare parts on board. The seller is providing complete service records and all the invoices for the past seven years of his ownership. This boat show pride of ownership.
