Wheelhouse is a bright spacious and convivial “extra room” with headroom 2.1m adding to the feeling of space. The wheelhouse is demountable to allow a reduced air draught of just 2.4m. for go anywhere dimensions. Aft of the wheelhouse is the original boatmans cabin which has been completely renovated with style providing a double bed 1.9m x 1.4m an ensuite WC and shower room with electric WC and spacious shower. 2.05m headroom in this area. Forward of the wheelhouse down a quarter turn staircase is the main accommodation with access to the engine room first via a watertight door. Next the huge saloon and vast well equipped galley. All the kitchen and dining equipment is being sold with the boat pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc as is the furniture, dining table TV. A fully furnished and equipped cruising home. The sofa converts to a double bed 1.9m x 1.4m. From the galley / lounge area a corridor to starboard takes us to the rest of the boat. First a bunk cabin with bunk beds at right angles 1.9m x 0.9m each . Next is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink and cupboards. Assuring the autonomy there is 2200 litres of fresh water in two stainless steel tanks, black water tank of 400 litres, diesel tanks 1500 for propulsion and 730 litres of GNR for the central heating boiler. Hot water from the central heating boiler or 220v. Electricity from a Kholer 10Kva generator.

A real pleasure to find such a well loved barge that has been looked after by the same knowledgeable owner for the last 22 years. The experience gained in a professional lifetime spent in both the Royal Navy and Merchant shipping is evident here. Attention to detail, comfort and autonomy this barge has been thoughtfully prepared for life afloat whether exploring the major waterways of Europe or cruising the canal du Midi this is a real home from home.
