Ancasta to present stellar line-up at the British Motor Yacht Show

Yacht brokerage firm Ancasta is showcasing a stellar line-up of yachts from a selection of world-leading brands at this year’s British Motor Yacht Show, taking place at Southampton’s picturesque Swanwick Marina.

Scheduled to run between the 16 – 19 May, the British Motor Yacht Show regularly attracts the world’s preeminent motor yacht brands. Ancasta is proud to include in this display a wealth of models from brands Prestige, Beneteau, Protector and Scorpion RIBS, as well as a highly anticipated show debut from the Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo, representing the largest yacht on display at the four-day boat show.

Sanlorenzo Yachts – SL90A (C Pontoon)

Showcasing sleek lines and a planing hull, the elegant SL90A certainly commands a presence in the water. Penned by Zuccon International Project, the SL90A offers guests a tangible connection to the sea, courtesy of her floor-to-ceiling windows and wealth of exterior living spaces.

The port side exterior walkaround has been moved up a level, offering up a bold asymmetric layout for greater space and freedom of movement. Couple this with an array of convivial areas spread out across the yacht; from the beautifully appointed sundeck to the huge spread of sun pads on the bow, this yacht has luxury appeal in spades.

Prestige Yachts – 590

Representing the latest evolution in power cruisers, with Prestige’s signature DNA running through every element, the Prestige 590 is elegance personified.

With clean lines and a host of entertainment areas that seamlessly flow between exterior and interior, the 18.7-metre boat has been designed to work harmoniously with its surroundings. This is enhanced by wraparound windows and stunning 360-degree views from the flybridge that blur the boundaries between ocean and craft, creating a sense of truly being at one with nature.

Prestige Yachts – 460s

Boasting the same craftsmanship as its sistership, the Prestige S-Line offers a distinctly sportier vibe, with its Coupe-inspired design, large open sunroof and bright airy interiors. With a comfortable cruising speed of 24 knots, topping out at 30 knots, this 14-metre yacht is primed for racing across the waves.

Standout features include an enhanced modular cockpit that can be opened out to create a vast sundeck, with large aft sliding doors creating a convivial indoor/outdoor setup. There is also a sun pad spread on the bow for relaxing and soaking up the rays whilst at anchor. Meanwhile, POD drive and joystick make handling a breeze, whether at sea or berthing.

Beneteau Power – Gran Turismo 45

Offering a unique blend of sporty good looks with all the trappings of a luxury yacht, the Gran Turismo 45 is a crowd-pleaser for sure. The 15-metre “Express Cruiser” showcases a sleek silhouette with a sporty hull that glides effortlessly through the waves.

Guests will love the protective hard top and U-shaped cockpit designed for entertaining and relaxing, featuring a wet bar, fridge and icemaker, with a retractable TV and sumptuous seating adding a cosy element to the space.

Gran Turismo 41

In addition to the 45 model, Ancasta is thrilled to be exhibiting the Gran Turismo 41 where showgoers can marvel at the yacht’s slender lines and modern layout where every feature has been created with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Promising elegant luxury combined with fast acceleration, this 2-cabin cruiser is the ideal boat to explore beautiful coastlines and remote beaches. And with patented Air Step technology enabling faster, optimised speeds and reduced fuel consumption, you can be sure you are getting true value for money.

Swift Trawler 48

Built for those that love to seek new horizons, Beneteau’s Swift Trawler 48 is in a class of its own. Offering a raft of standout features, including generous exterior spaces, large swim platform and a wide 20 sqm flybridge with panoramic views, the delights of the Swift Trawler 48 are clear to see.

Protector Boats – Targa 310

Originally developed for demanding commercial clients, the Targa 310 is one of the most capable and durable in its class and has become an attractive option for serious recreational users, and it’s clear to see why.

With a spacious layout and easy access from aft to bow, alongside a wrap-around cockpit offering protection from the elements, this Targa model has been designed to meet boaters’ needs year-round, with a twin-engine set-up creating impressive power for accelerating across the water with ease.

Chase 310

The ultimate high-performance utility vessel, the Protector Chase 310 boasts an advanced design and efficient hull ensuring smooth and seamless passages wherever you’re cruising.

A full-size Bimini provides protection from the elements, while a 360-degree walk around deck offers the freedom to move around. Suitable for myriad recreational uses including fishing, diving, commuting or simply scoping out remote beaches, the Chase 310 is the ideal day cruiser, whatever the conditions.

Scorpion RIBS – Sting 10m

Introduced in 2022, the Sting hull is world class, with a bevy of long distance and endurance race wins under its belt.

Presenting with an opening bow with fold-down carbon fibre steps for seamless beach transfers ashore, as well as comfortable wrap-around seating and convertible aft dining area, not to mention breath-taking performance, this RIB makes the perfect tender for superyachts and leisure users alike.
